           Worked for Franklin Lumber Co. in Northampton. #5- 1901 Amati model, inscribed oninside back  “The back of this violin wasgotten out of an old chopping block on the Douglas Warner farm Caanan N.Y. Nov. 1900, thetop from Canada Pine sawed out at Mt. Tom." 1901 #5.  Relative of Shem Drowne who made the Grasshopperweathervane atop Fanieul (sp?) Hall in Boston.
